A NEW LAW MAKING IT A CRIMINAL ACT FOR MEN TO PAY FOR SEX
|
-
Does this proposed law only apply to 'men' or should it read 'persons', and what exactly do they mean by paying and what do they mean by sex?
Is the "paying for" just cash, or does it also apply to cards, cheques, gold, dinner, jewelry, a three piece suite, goats, chickens, wedding bells, holidays......? And what about payment in kind?
Are married women exempt from the equation? What about the kept woman, the sugar daughter, the personal trainer, the casting coucher, the social climber? The buyer and seller of souls who use sex as a motivation to part people from their wealth?
And as for the sex... is it penetration? ejaculation - where? on the tits?- on the floor?-in a rubber? What if it's just an inserted cigar (your honour!)-nothing touched but the end of a condom- was there kissing that means you're doing it 'cause you like me -not for the payment, doesn't it?)
What about watching, wanking at a distance, spunking at home over porn you've paid for, Hello Magazine, an image you're giving one for? Are we paying for sex with our computers? If you pay for my cab home after a late night romp should I call the police...? Or will it, like the smoking ban, only apply as an offence if it is on a public street; and if the person does not accept the money, is offering the payment enough to be breaking the law?
What are the penalties we can expect- fines? Prison sentences? loss of face- loss of wife (or husband)-loss of job- loss of life? These are just some small questions that come up with this statement. Perhaps we should just apply this new law to the happily married person. The lonely single person-should they be allowed some comfort - and what about the disabled and the lonely? Should they be arrested as their hand extends with cash for favors?
I like to think that we no longer see pleasure as the work of the devil - the actress was seen as nothing more than a fallen woman- now they are revered -our daughters long to be them. We pay to see them and many of us would pay to touch them ( no coming intended of course). SEX is not just for procreation it's also for pleasure and health ...naked touching, flesh to flesh does not always end in penetration, or in babies.
Selling pleasure is not a sin, and nor should buying it become one. I doubt many male politicians are calling for it. It seem to me that it's the women who really should try paying for it at least once before they sentence us back to the dark ages. You never know, they may really like it, and make it available on the national health. Corruption ,slavery and trafficking are what we need to concentrate on. Decriminalization and real changes in our laws are what is needed ,not pretending that if it's against law it will not happen. That stance really helped with the drug problem didn't it? Make it illegal and it will go away! Let's waste even more police time and money, so that real crime can go unstopped.
HELLO POWERS THAT BE: WAKE UP AND BE COUNTED - IT REALLY IS UP TO YOU !
